Open Settings → Safari → Camera (and Microphone) and set them to Allow, then reload the join page. If you joined through another browser app (Chrome, an in-app browser from a messaging app), open the link in Safari instead — iOS only grants camera and microphone access through Safari for web pages.
Tap the lock or settings icon in the browser's address bar, open Permissions, and set Camera and Microphone to Allow. If you tapped "Block" when first asked, most browsers will not ask again automatically — you have to change it from that menu, then reload the page.
Check the device picker in the join screen or the on-screen microphone button — it is easy to have the wrong microphone selected, or to have muted yourself. If everything looks right, confirm your system volume and that no other app (a call, a meeting) is holding onto the microphone exclusively.
The page reconnects automatically; give it a few seconds. Move closer to your Wi-Fi router or switch to a stronger network, close other apps and browser tabs using the camera or heavy bandwidth, and avoid a VPN if one is active. If the picture stays frozen for more than a minute, reload the join page — your seat in the show is kept.
The director locked your microphone or camera off for the show — this is normal during a broadcast, not an error. You can still unmute yourself once the director sends "Allow to unmute"; until then, the toggle stays disabled. If you need to say something, raise your hand or use the room's chat if the director offers one.
From the dashboard, open Rooms → New room. A room holds its own scenes, guests and PIN; pick a name and starting layout templates.
Open the room's Director view and expand Invite in the sidebar for the join link, a QR code, and the current PIN. Share either with your guests before the show; regenerating the PIN disconnects anyone still on the old one.
As guests join, they appear in the participant roster. Drag a participant onto a scene slot, or select them and click a slot, to put them on camera. Preview a scene before playing it live to check the layout first.
Use Play on a scene to send it to program output. Open Output in a separate window to see exactly what viewers see, and add a stream destination (RTMP URL and key) under Go Live if you are streaming to YouTube, Twitch or another platform.
Start a recording from the same panel as Go Live. Recordings land in the media bin once processing finishes; plans without recording show an upsell instead of the button.
